I'm bad with balance to begin with 😂 but yeah I know and early in pregnancy it can cause miscarriage. I plan to really soon. Thanks :) @klarrissab

Yeah I was lifting heavy kids ages 5-8 in early pregnancy. But from what my OB explained it wasn't me lifting that was the problem it was as you progress further into pregnancy and your belly gets big it throws off your center of balance and that is why you shouldn't be lifting heavy things because of possibly falling over. But yeah you can tell them as soon as you would like. They may or may not require you to give them a note from your doctor. I hope it all works out!

I wanted to wait til after my appointment but it's not til June 24th and I don't want to risk anything plus my boss leaves for 6 to 8 weeks 2 days prior to my appointment @klarrissab

I told my job at about 11 weeks, they made me get a note from my OB verifying my pregnancy and she stated that I shouldn't be lifting over 20lbs. Then they accommodated me.

that's probably what I will do tomorrow cause we lift different weights and there's some that I won't lift because I know it's too heavy @mama_icie @valrocks

I told my boss right away too. Just in case something happens they know what's up.

tell them right away so if something happens they know the precautions to take and what to tell other people
