this was me the night before & after well my whole day yesterday. they're still swollen as we speak. I've just been keeping them elevated & drinking water

Drink atleast a gallon water everyday n stay away from salt n dairy!!!

press a finger into your swelling for about 5 seconds. aif the indentation stays, then call the doctor
