I'm not dilated at all any home techniques to open my cervix I don't want anther membrane sweep at all help

ugh, me neither girl. they sent me home this morning with painful contractions but my cervix was making no progress. I'm still having painful contractions and I just keep thinking, when is it going to be time? Lol. I don't know what to do, besides the obvious.. sex, walk, squats etc. good luck, those membrane sweeps are no joke. hope you get things going soon.
