Sometimes it's hard not to be petty and angry when the person that impregnated you denies with every fiber of his being you and your child exist. I'm so grateful for growth. I saw him and smiled because he looks miserable. Sometimes you have to put it all in God's hands. I could have been hood and bust his windows or tried to run him over while he was working. Instead I laughed at the irony and rejoiced in my son kicking and moving. God restores I tell you.
My 2nd daughters father every so often acts like he wants to be apart of her life than go on bout child support and when he sees I ain't budging he goes off calls me all types of names and says he wants nothing to do with her. I just let it roll off me he the only one fucking up my daughter will know I tried and I'll always be there for her. You got this momma 😊
@torie_mspruitt we just do the best we can, and love our kids unconditionally. I know my kids will know how much they are loved even if it is just coming from me!
@boymomplusagirl, yes ma'am. I feel the same way.
I agree with your statement. My daughters father wants nothing to do with either her, or me. He wanted me to get an abortion because he couldn't afford another kid. I have talked to him 1 time since telling him about the pregnancy and that I would not have an abortion. I know karma will bite him, but in the meantime I will love and raise my daughter on my own. I am only grateful that he has given me the most incredible gift, but I hope he realizes that he is going to miss out on being there for her life.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

This is my son Walter. Today is his birthday. He would have been five. This picture was taken when he was 16 days old. He was my first child and my only son (I now have 3 girls). He passed away the next day after this picture from congenital heart failure. It was a miracle that he lived passed 12 weeks gestation because of how severe his heart defects were. I miss him so much, I can't believe it's been 5 years. It still hurts so bad. I don't talk about him a lot out loud because I end up bawling...
Make your own breakfast!
At what age do you think a child should be making their own breakfast? I have a 10 year old and I think he is perfectly capable of making himself breakfast. It doesn't take rocket science to put some waffles into the toaster, or microwave some pancakes. My husband insists that he needs to have breakfast made for him because if we left it up to him he wouldn't eat enough and it would take him forever.
So I have a question.. Would you ladies give your SO a second chance of he cheated on you?. But he came to you and told you instead of having to catch him redhanded and was truthful about EVERYTHING.
@itsamemario, you deleted your post before I could hit send but this is my comment: I don’t know if this answers your question but this is my answer.
My son is 7 and he knows race and color. Why? Because he himself comes from a family that is multi racial and because he has already experienced racism. I also believe as his mother it’s my job to teach him color and the cold hard truth about society. He knows what’s going on in this world. I’d be hurting him if I allowed him to blindly walk out...
You're welcome
