There's no more boys on her side so we wanted to keep the name going. My brother did the same thing with his daughter and my moms maiden name.

That's a cool idea @valrocks I called the hospital, who told me to call vital of statistics and they said I can name her whatever I want ☺️

We used my MIL maiden name as our sons middle name.

She might have to sign it but I'm not positive. I would maybe even call the hospital and ask
