@ezzy24, I've been told that if you freeze a wash rag (wet it first) and then have someone rub from your toes to your ankles (pushing fluids up) it will go away so maybe do that ... also HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!🙌🙈🎁🎂🎉🎈🎊
