@aimateplus4, from what I've heard there isnt always blood involved but most of the time yes. google pictures or videos of it. its kinda graphic but its something thats gonna happen eventually. as for labor starting soon. not always. you can lose it in your early stages of pregnancy and it will grow back. if you do lose It near the end. it can take hours days or even weeks before labor starts. every person is different.

Oh ok so there is blood invovled?This is my 4th child and I really don't recall it happening the other three times...when it happens does that mean labor is about to start or something? @ameiliaashlyn2016

lol thats what i said until i actually lost my mucus plug! lol it looks like someone with a bad cold had a nose bleed and blew their nose. lol disgusting!
