How many naps do 7 month olds usually take ? My son is still at 4-5 naps a day

My daughter only takes about 2 (depending on the day) but they are long naps

Yea my son takes 15-30 minute naps I just feel like he sleeps so much in the day and not enough at night

I try and put him to bed at 9 like he used to but he just takes a nap and doesn't officially go to bed until 12/1

my daughter was taking about 3 naps at that age. any where from 1-2 hrs...sometimes shorter maybe like 30mins. and her bed time is 9:30p or earlier if I was lucky! lol

I try to do the 2-3-4 schedule and it seems to be working for my son who is almost 7 months old. He is sleeping much better at night now
