Went to the doctor today and I'm supposed to be 29 weeks today but doctor told me baby is measuring a week and 3days small. Ill have a more detailed ultrasound in 2 weeks to make sure how big baby is.

Both of my babies measured and came out small. Didn't mean they weren't healthy. But they do want to make sure the placenta is functioning right and all that. As long as it is, I don't think it's a huge deal that baby is "small". I think my first son measured 2 weeks small (came out under 6lbs at 40 weeks) and my second was a preemie so of course he was small. But anyway, when I was pregnant I didn't mind being monitored more. I got more ultrasounds than the average woman. It was more opportunities to see my babies.

It happens. There's still time for baby to catch up. They may monitor you more just to recheck the growth and a couple other things.
