Leaking is mostly when you put pressure on it. Like leaning on the counter or laying on your belly or side. Well that's how it was with me. It's not much tho, so u shouldn't need pads at all. They're more for when your milk comes in after the baby is born and that can be a lot! I get the NUK ones for the day and evenflo ones for night.
