Pumping is so hard. My nipple so are so sore my breasts feel so hard and full now though. Hopefully I can suck it up and get my supply up for my girls. I want them to be breast fed so bad but as long as they aren't going hungry it'll be fine. Having to supplement with formula isn't what I wanted but it'll do until I can pump enough.

Ladies I called my insurance about breast pump and they said with their insurance in order to get a pump I get a prescription from doctor then I call 3 different numbers to see what my insurance covers but the only thing is I have to wait til baby is born to call and get pump so I want to at least buy a hand pump which do you ladies recommend for hand pump and when I can get a pump from insurance please n thank you 💖💖

So I took my meds at like 9pm last night I woke up at 2:45am with my breast killing me... begging that I took meds should I keep the milk I pumped??

Why Are Many Women Unaware of Their Own Anatomy?
the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.

Nipple ointment!!! It happened to me and I used that also I had my husband peel off the dry skin and scabs lol and boy was I leaking milk right after 🙌🏽
