Ladies Help !! So I was 4cm 50 effaced as of Yesterday , well right now Im have a ton of pressure ( no contractions ) like as If I need to push . What should I do ?

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
