Your dialted to a 2. You need to get to a 10 to push your baby out. Walking, bouncing on a ball or sex could help start labor. But you could sit at 2 cm for weeks. I sat at 3 cm from 36 weeks until I was induced at 39 weeks. I wouldn't try to induce labor until your full term at 39 weeks. Good luck.
