Try putting them up and keeping ice on them helps too

I know mine too I work at McDonald's so I'm on my feet all day and they swell really bad and hurt and tingle a lot

@Lynna0909, there's no turning back! I had a busy day at work and they swelled really and and have stayed that way ever since.

Mine have started swelling really bad too
