has anyone had any sucess with bouncing on a yoga ball/corner of your bed to get things going? ive been bouncing on the edge of my bed for a few minutes each day im not sure how long your suppose to bounce for?
I'd get to bouncing! lol it helps work out other muscles to that will help during labor and pushing. I just pulled my ball out for this pregnancy. I do it while watching TV instead of just sitting. ya know. good luck mamma! @oklahoma.girl55
I started using the ball when I hit 9 months it just supposed to help get baby down.... I roll my hips in a circular motion and also use it to do squats
