So I told my MIL I didn't want her there the day I had my son. No one is allowed to be there but me and my husband. Everyone is more than welcome to come the next day when things have settled down. But no she has to jump my husbands ass over it because she wants to be there the second I push the kid out. Umm no? Not even my parents will be allowed to be there. And now my husband is jumping my ass over it saying I need to apologize. Him and I are going to have a nice long talk tonight.

I'm fine with anyone who wants to come see him coming the next day. I'm getting induced at 6am! I'm going to be freaking tired... I want only my husband. No one else! But that's too much to ask.
my mother is the same way. got really hurt cause I'm her only daughter and don't want her there. I'm like look I had too much drama with my daughters birth I'm not having anyone but me and my husband there this time until the next day. she's like we'll see I have to bring lila to meet her brother right? I said yes. the next day. she's trying to talk my husband into letting her be in the room and all that. I'm like uh no. makes me glad I don't have a mother in law to have to deal with also. your birth your decision your husband should respect that.

It really bugs me when people can't seem to understand that it's not their decision and you owe no one anything.
That's literally what I just told him lol. If he didn't knock off the attitude over his mommy then the nurses would keep him out too and if his mother just has to sit in the hospital until I say it's ok for people to come in then he can go sit with her. @mrs.medrano
If my mother doesn't make it on time I refuse to have anyone besides my husband with me I don't want any visits till we get discharged and are settle at home my husband threw a big fit about it too but came around when I told him I wouldn't allowed him either if he didn't change the teenage girl attitude lol
It's not just his mother. It's her, my parents, and even my sister. I want a while of just bonding for the three of us and she seems to have a huge problem with that. @brookesmommmy
Honestly I wish I did that! It's such a special time.. & having tons of people there takes away from it
Girl I don't want my MIL there and she won't be there who cares she better be lucky you said she can come the next day either way it goes she will see the baby its not that deep for her to be in there it's not her child.
