I was 2cm for 2 weeks and 3 cm for almost a week, I was walking, bouncing on a ball, having sex and it didn't seem to help much. Try it all every woman is different

Had my cervix checked (at hospital) on Sunday 1cm dilated.... go today my doc says I’m not dilated at all . Ummmmmmmmm 🤷🏾♀️

How do you know if you are dilated? Does your water have to break so you can be dilated? I'm 38 weeks and I still don't feel labor stuff lol

Contraction questions
I had a membrane sweep today. Before the sweep I was 3-4 dilated & 75% effaced.
