When you have hyperemisis gravidarum and you finally feel better after 17 weeks for a whole 3 weeks and it comes back on blast and you feel like death 😩

How do you know if you are dilated? Does your water have to break so you can be dilated? I'm 38 weeks and I still don't feel labor stuff lol
