my doctor asked me if I wanted one when I was about 12 weeks and she sent all my information in and insurance contacted me and let me choose which one I wanted

super easy and they work with you, I got mine a few weeks back and it's amazing you have to get a prescription from your doctor mine did it right away and sent it straight to them breast pump showed up 2 days later

I called my insurance and asked how it worked and the had said that my doctor had to prescribe it. So when she prescribed it, she sent it in and then I got a call back from my insurance about which ones I'm covered for. :)
