I'm so frustrated I'm trying to remove my breatmilk with cabbage but it's swelling back up!! I don't know what to do…

How long have you been using the cabbage? Are u using it cold? It does take some time and if your not using it cold I highly recommend you do so it feels amazing!!

Well my milk came in on Sunday so I haven't been using it long and I keep it cold

yeah if you aren't expressing the milk or breastfeeding your breasts are going to continue to fill until your body regulates and realizes that you aren't using milk
