I start my may leave in 6 weeks but taking 2 weeks holiday so technically got 4 weeks until I finish, my boss don't give a shit and thinks cus he's moved me downstairs it's all hunky dory lol @lynette26 xx

By the sounds of it, if I were you start planning your mat leave if you haven't already! It's against the law not to do risk assessments. 😑. I had to remind my manager every 2 weeks to do mine just cause I was an assistant manager in a nightclub and work the night as well as office days! 😁 @bro ony1994 xx

I work for a small business @duchess92 and the person I speak to about it all is the managing director and he's a bellend. @stacey804 I literally have to sit wiggling my feet and legs all day because if I don't my feel swell :( xx

by law you need a pregnancy risk assessment and if you're at a desk you should have a computer assessment monthly! speak to HR or your higher manager about getting another chair or some sort of support for your back @stacey804 xx

No he's not arsed, he thinks because he moved my stuff downstairs he's the perfect boss because the stairs to upstairs are regulated stairs, they made them themselves so I moaned about how steap they were, after that, they don't care lol @stacey804 xxx

You should have one done! Even if you are sitting, sometimes that actually worse then being on your feet all day. Employers are so ignorant. Not bothered about whir staff. Xxx
