Should I be worried?? I will be 3 weeks post c section on Friday and I just went pee and there was a huge blood clot in the toilet and alot of blood when I wiped. I have been having alot of cramping last few days and pain that is as bad as when I first had the c section around my incision.

If the clot wasn't bigger than a golf ball, you should be OK. I would cramp more if I did a lot the previous day or wore jeans that were still too tight.

I still can't even wear leggings just dresses. /: all I did yesterday was go to target and hang out at home so I don't think it was too much. /: I'm going to call Dr because cramping is getting worse just to be safe @workingmom55 @39surp thank you!

I still get cramping and I'm still bleeding but I'm 2 weeks post op, my incision stopped hurting after a week but for the last couple days it's been hurting almost like this burning feeling everywhere, I got it looked at they said everything looks fine, they said our incision is gonna hurt every once in a while because it's healing and the nerves are attaching back together, hopefully that's what's hurting you and nothing else

Yea im going in today to make sure. @myworld94 my bleeding stopped by 2 or 3 days post partum so it's weird that it started up again and so much of it! probably normal but we will see!

I think it's normal because you only bled for a couple of days. I'm over here still bleeding and cramping and I'm so sick of these pads lol. But hopefully it is normal🙂
