Anyone else have really bad lower back/hip/pelvic pain?
It's almost constant in my hips and pelvis area and dull in my back most the time but if I move the wrong way, I get this crippling spasm feeling in my back! It's been so bad since my cervix check yesterday. I've also been having brown discharge. 😣 tell me it's normal and goes away soon. 😅 four more weeks at most.... Hopefully less!
Any advice to help this pain is welcome! 🤗

@sara_360, it's the worst! How far along/how long have you had it? Does anything help ease it? I'm going a little insane tonight. 😣

I have had it for a week and I'm 36 weeks 3 days my obgyn said I could take Tylenol too sleep and ease the pain
