it's painful but it helps because now I'm having pains and pressure but my doctor wants me to try walking too to help it along

membrane sweeping, is a method used to try to start labor. The health care provider puts her or his finger into the cervix and uses the finger to gently separate the bag of water from the side of the uterus near the cervix.

What does it mean when they sweep ur membrane like what is that?

Then that means she is getting ready

yeah it's supposed to help speed up the process and more like pressure of her pushing down @rhonda.otero

Like contractions? That's supposed to put you in labor right?
