Okay ladies who have had Mirena. my husband has United Healthcare insurance (Obama care apparently) does it cover the mirena? it's literally my only choice for BC after Asher is born. I've looked at insurance coverage on the mirena page and it says United covers it but I don't know if that's united healthcare. I know Medicaid which I'm currently on will not cover it though.

I have UHC but not sure about what they cover. Is the insurance through a company? When my husband was paying for insurance on his own they didn't cover a lot. Also is it HMO or PPO- PPO has a lot more coverage I've found but I could be wrong. Not sure if makes a difference if its the Obama thing.
