Once you're done ask if they'll give you the belly girdle, faja thing. It helps so much. I've been wearing mine 24-7 for the past 3 weeks.

I might be getting a c-section also if things don't go smoothly after I'm induced, I can somewhat understand how scared you are. We can somehow get through this though, try to just think positive. @nessa_475

I had one on Mother's Day. It wasn't bad, but the pushing did suck. But I was up and walking the next day! Walking really helps even if it hurts at first it really really helps.

I've had 3 and will have a 4th in august. it's not easy but if we can deal with pregnancy, we can deal with recovery from a c section! you got this! remember LOTS of water after, and stool softeners! don't be scared, once you hold your baby, your nerves will calm down. ❤❤❤
