do pregancy balls help induce labour x

I've been on it for half an hour and my back hurting lol my belly was going hard aswell xx

I daren't use mine now. Used it until a few weeks ago for pelvic floor but don't want to use it now incase I bring on labour xx

Been using mine, 3 X a day for 20 mins to an hour each time for 3 weeks now, and I'm 39+4. I am now a firm believer labour doesn't happen until your body and the baby are ready unfortunately lol.

She was just over 37 weeks. She didn't think it would do anything, but bounced on it for a few hours and went to bed and her waters broke in bed. Xx
