you could always use a nipple shield.. or they have little sucker things that suck your nipple out so baby can latch easier

flat nipples and inverted nipples are actually super common!! you can talk to a lactation consultant for more information on what all you can do! also if you have Facebook there is this really awesome group that is ran by lactation consultants and there are plenty of ladies on there that could send you in the right direction!
