My nipples aren't sore at all today and they were really bad a couple days ago. Should I be worried or just grateful I'm getting a day off??

Thats how my boobs and nipples were at first soo painful and then its kinda eased down alot. Some days they hurt and some days I don't even notice because they don't hurt.
