its all over him. but that spot and neck one is really standing out. his doctor told me before he might has contact dermatitis. but thst dont look like it

I had it when I was pregnant it eventually went away

It looks like a heat rash but I'm not sure...my daughter was like that alot after she was born and at 1 still get like that do to heat rash
