this my third child with my last pregnancies I got pain meds through the IV but with this one I'm honestly contemplating getting the epidural I just want the experience..

Contractions hurt more

everyones experience is different keep that in mind..

the dumb your back for the epidural so you'll feel like a normal shot then you'll get it. honestly mine didn't hurt. maybe it's because it was in a zone I guess

man both of them hurts. the epidural was painful and it took the Man about 15 minutes . I was pissed. that iv was piszing me off too

my iv hurt so bad, and I bled (I always bleed when I get an iv) but I didn't feel my spinal at all, just a pinch when they gave me the numbing shot

It's a small pinch then you feel something run through your back but it didn't really hurt and starts working immediately so any pain you won't feel after anyways. My IV hurt worse

It doesn't hurt. When I had it done I felt a slight pop and a small stinging sensation. Honestly the I've hurts worse well for me

To me the IV Is the worse thing ever..

Honestly by that time you don't care because of how bad the contractions are. I don't remember it really hurting it was just scary to me!
