How do I know if my baby is teething? Baby J just turned 2 months. He can't stop chewing/sucking on his hands/fingers, drool is everywhere, and he acts like he wants to eat but when I feed him he eats a little then chews on the nipple. Is he teething? If so, any suggestions on help soothing him?

oh i feel ya! my daughter started at 6w. thankfully it's never really bothered her though
No problem and yeah I was shocked when my son started at that time also now 4 months later and no teeth just alot of chewing on everything and drenched outfits

sounds like it my son started at that time he is now 6 months old still no darn teeth just gets worse as time goes on you can rub his gums usually bottom front 2 come in first also can wet a rag and put in freezer for a little to let him chew on it or get some teething toys that can refrigerate
yup! any teethers. I'd avoid any numbing gels as they can pose a choking hazard. any cold veggies. carrots are good.
Yeah still no teeth wish they would come already they are bothering the heck out of him
