Any Mommy's to be into fitness and workout during pregnancy? I'm trying to have a very healthy pregnancy only giving in to the occasional sweets and still trying to be very active. Any advice?

Daily walks, low-impact exercises and swimming are good examples. Very important to listen to your body and don't overdo it😊

I walk every 2 days and eat small meals at night :) its been very helpful !

@butterly234, do stretches too.even if its only 15 min..also get in the pool and swim,squat,or do aquaerobics.very helpful too!

Walk everyday n go to the gym for a couple mins so it not over doing it
