How did you guys motivate yourself to lose baby weight and work out?!?

@jaxsonsmommy55, diet & exercise ive been doing low fat low sodium (actually only because my husbands health but it helps me too lol) then using youtube for mommy and me work outs... i also go to the gym but it doesnt sound like you like the gym (turn on music and just straight jam) i dont pay attention to anyone else i just think about much better i will feel once im the size i want to be and how hot im going to be with my boobs and tummy tuck (vain i know but ive been fat my whole life- im ready to be happy for once)

I've started going to the gym with my boyfriend but on Monday I'll be starting my 21 day fix which is 30min home workouts and a strict meal plan. I'm excited about that since I don't like having to leave my girls at different places when I go to the gym I can just work out when they are sleeping. My goal is to lose 30 lbs. My cousin did it and lost 15 lbs in one round.

@jaxsonsmommy55, looking at my fat ass in the mirror... and looking at his exs facebook- ill never look that good but im going to try everything i can to look my best! I told my husband that once i get down to my goal weight of 125lbs i want a mommy make over and he told me whatever i wanted 😚

I've been looking at my pre baby body pictures. Before my girls I was super confident and loved my body now not so much, I just want to feel like myself again. I also want to set a good healthy example for my kids. I'm starting my 21 day fix challenge on Monday.
