I think I'm stronger because of it. I'm sorry you had to go through that, I know that a not an easy thing and it's especially hard for people to understand when they haven't gone through it. I'm glad you let someone in, he was probably sent by God to help heal you 😊

@sarinunez, I'm sorry you had to go through that, I went through a similar situation 6 years ago. It was a crazy time for me.. I wasn't in a relationship at that time though but I was taken advantage of 6years ago and it scarred me and ruined relationships I tried to have.. I had trust issues and didn't want to be around men it was hard for me but thank God with my fiancé I've been so much better and allowed him into my life. I'm happy you were able to get through that tough time in your life.

I apologized to my past partners because I felt like garbage for treating them that way. It was an impulse for me... in the moment I didn't even think about. I finally got help through a therapist and with a lot of therapy we discovered that I had been molested by my mom's bf as a toddler and I supressed it for years because it couldn't handle it emotionally. If you knew me personally you would be shocked because I'm the most selfless and kind person, but hey we all go through shit.. as long as we make changes that's all that matters.

@beckyliciousx3, very true! I believe that as well.. Also the constant fighting/arguing the constant accusations and lack of communication I also believe is a huge reason..

Because they loose interest in the relationship there currently in so they seek something better elsewhere

@b3autymarkk23, exactly it's so simple and they choose to not leave and just hurt the person they are insensitive and selfish.

I think people cheat when they don't love themselves, it's really sad actually.... they try to look for something in a bunch of people and don't find it. They don't know how to love themselves therefore they can't appreciate or love another person. Also, insecurity... always thinking someone is going to leave them so they mess things up on purpose. I don't think it's all black and white. I've cheated in the past and although I couldn't imagine doing it now, I was in a messed up place. A lot of women cheat because they are promiscuous. that could stem from child molestation, rape, low self esteem, etc. @jackscatss @b3autymarkk23 I can't speak for anyone else though.

yeah i totally agree. guys these days want what they see on tv and the Internet. its sad but its our society now alot of good wemon goes thru alot of hurt and pain over someone's else's mistake. i agree with u on "if u dont want to b their leave "! its that simple.

@jackscatss, exactly. One of the girls my fiancé was with cheated on him with his best friend and blamed it on "Alcohol".. It's crazy.. He didn't find out till months later and he never had a clue. It's crazy how you can never know when something is going down.. There's some good ass cheaters out there.

@b3autymarkk23, I totally agree with you as well. It sucks though in that persons eyes you should be all they want.. But instead they see something "better" come along and they want to go and cheat or go and leave you for better.. But it's the world we live in. Sucks though because you can never know.

@jackscatss, Yeah, I agree with that. There are so many selfish people in this world. I honestly don't understand why someone cheats.. Like its so stupid. If you don't want to be with the person than LEAVE the person don't go breaking his/her heart, ya know?

i think it could be that their insecure, or that their just confused in what they really want. theirs a million reasons im sure , sometimes people think they could get something better from someone else.

I think some people honestly are only thinking about themselves. Like they don't stop to wonder what cheating on another person would do to them . So they just selfishly give into temptation . I'm sure that's not everyone's reason .
