Around what week do you usually start dilating?

Just depends. Some dilate super early and I'm over here almost 39 weeks and still at 0cm.

Yeah I'm about done with all this. lol. I am almost completely thinned out. I go to the doctor tomorrow so I better of made some flipping progress. lol

I am too, lol.before I went preterm I wanted to meet her so bad that I was fine with 37 weeks now I beg go keep her in until 40-42 but she's so stubborn, I'd say about a finger tip to one cm dilated at 32 weeks would be lucky:) that way if that's as far as you went they could help😊

I have my 40 week appointment tomorrow. Last week I was at a 1 and 70 percent effaced. Everyone is different.

Well I'm about to be 35W on Thursday and I'm hoping something is happening! I hope everything goes well for you! @hermommy

What exactly does effaced mean? Does that mean the way baby is positioned? @greenlandbroker

Np! I didn't know what half of this stuff meant either😅 but I'm 1 cm 70% effaced. I'm 37 weeks. But I started dilating at 30 weeks. So everyone is different

Not sure ... Mine was 30% at 31 weeks, now 70%
