how many times a day should I eat? Because I only eat one time a day most days. And I end up feeling sick.

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I munch all day really. I have a fresh fruit bowl on my table n eat whatever randomly and I usually have a yogurt or snacks like that all day and eat dinner
