Lately I've been gagging after I drink water! It's never happened to me before. Anyone else have a problem drinking water and use different methods?

I already do that and it has to be cold as well, but it still happens. Hopefully it's just a phase and it'll go away soon.
I had that problem in my first trimester, I added lemon and other fruit. Cucumbers, strawberries, blueberries, etc.

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
Is this the one yall drink to induce??? I'm desperate
