I have officially started with the morning sickness. It starts when I get up in the morning and goes until about 5-6 in the evening. So basically while I'm at work and have to function like a normal adult. I don't know if it is lucky or not but I haven't thrown up yet just all the sickness.
Any tips/tricks on combating this? Wintergreen lifesavers have been helpful, but I can only eat so many of those before the sugar in them bothers me once the mint flavor is gone.
