I had the same problem and it didn't stop till almost 9 weeks. I had an ultrasound in the er and the same thing happened with them only finding the sac and yolk. everything is fine now. I'm not sure what it was but my left side felt like it always had constant pressure and like my hip was being pushed out.

So when you ovulate, the egg leaves behind a sac in/on your ovary. If you get pregnant and the egg becomes fertilized, the sac hangs around and it releases hormones to prevent a miscarriage. Sometimes there is pain because you just could be sensitive to it. You ovulate from a different ovary every month. I was having constant pain on my right side and went in for an ultrasound. They could see the baby and its heartbeat and could see the sac on my ovary. They told me that was what was causing the pain and it would go away. I think it's called a Corpus luteum cyst and is totally normal. My ultrasound tech said it wouldn't even be on my chart because it was so typical during early pregnancy.

I had pain on my right side and it was the sac the egg descended from that hangs out on/in your ovary if the egg becomes fertilized to prevent miscarriage. Some people are just more sensitive to it than others. I was around 6w5d when they showed me on the ultrasound. Maybe it's the same thing just on your left side because that's the side you ovulated from?

I didn't have my first ultrasound till I was 8 weeks so I'm not sure what u mean about fetus pole but ur body is doing so many different things right now and its normal to feel period like cramps but if it gets to be pain where ur doubled over I would go in but light cramp feelings are normal

No it's not epitopic because I was just at hospital yesterday and they said they didn't see anything in either one my tubes and no free fluid they see the sac and the yolk sac in my uturus but don't see the fetus pole yet but I'm only 5 weeks 6 days so there no way the baby can be in my tubes right if they see both sacs in my uturus @mskiera15 right ?

That depends on what kind of pain your feeling on that side! I had pain on my right side last year and it turns out that I had and ectopic but that pain will be like something you never experienced before
