Hello ladies I recently wrote a post about sickness however it's now waking me at around 2am to have morning sickness and then again at around 6am then continue untill about 8ish ive tried sparkling water dry biscuits ive tried eating in small portions ect what do I do im nearly 12 weeks now and constantly having broken sleep....xx
Peppermint tea is good I could only eat toast and fruit, apples were my best friend
@stephnae, I was thinking of trying hot lemon water but was a little worried about the acid in the lemons but if you did it im Deffo going to try it xx Thanks
I could only keep down cheese for nearly 4 months, I found sour sweeties helped and lemon water. I did also need medicine though cause I eventually couldn't even hold fluids.
@lou, I had a little thing with apple in the beginning couldn't get enough of it but when I look at an apple now it kinda makes me feel a little wheezy lol but now it's summer fruits lol xx
Thank god because I was getting rather concerned especially waking in the night....Thank you feel a bit better now knowing that thank you for replies 😆 xx
I had very severe sickness and the only thing I could keep down was green apple, pure cloudy apple juice and even apple tango. Anything apple xx
@babybumps2x Could be that it is going :) I had episodes of no nausea...some days I didnt have it :) Then one day it just vanished :) Nothing to be worried about....I was told sickness is a sign of a healthy baby xx
It dosent matter what I eat and it's been so unpredictable I constantly vomited all day and night then it went from just in morning and at night now it's In the Night and morning ive tried just milkshakes and soups and small but often but nothing seems to work shoukd I be worried as I had morning sickness with my daughter but not like this xx
I found that I didnt get nausea when eating vinegar...fruit...salad or porridge :) Elderflower cordial also helped xx
