do you take the recommended amount of fenugreek, or do you take less? i took fenugreek with my daughter but only took 1 a day not realizing the instructions said way more so it didnt do anything.
my milk supply is good and i have a small freezer stash.

@emmajeremy2627, lol i had to get bigger falanges.. i eat oatmeal like a maniac lol and i just started fenugreek ♡ and i take a warm shower before i start to pump i also eat alot of granola bars
