First try a heating pad, drink a lot of water, take a hot shower.. Try everything you can think of to help. If it doesn't help go to L&D or call your doctor.

Yup!! Exactly what I had!! If it keep up I would definitely go get checked out just in case.

Yup! I mean I had this basically constant pain of menstrual cramp feeling in my uterus, and contractions came and went. But they sure did dilate me!!

@newmommy227, wow! Did your contractions come and go? Mine come and go and some are more painful than others

You might wanna get checked out I had those and 24 hours later I'm 3cm and 70% effaced..

Checked my cervix. Put me on two days bedrest. I'm back on bedrest now with two ER visits and a dr appt in one week cause my cervix is starting to change and baby thinks he's ready to meet the world. Gave me some meds to stop the contractions. Helped a little.

@marzuniversal, did they do anything for you?

Sometimes they hurt. It sucks but for some that's just how it is. Mine landed me in the ER at 23 or 24 weeks cause they were so painful.
