Im scared me and my BD had sex last Wednesday and Last sunday my paraguard strings are a slight bit longer then they were and ive been cramping but my period is really light and brown. Could it just be spotting from the paraguard or im pregnant i cant be pregnant right now so much going on im so scared 😥😥😥😢
