I am experiencing heartburn at its most 🔥🔥 and I've been doing good with trying to ignore it but today is really bad, maybe I need to invest in some type of medicine!! 😩 any suggestions?

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
