when did you pack your hospital bag? im thinking i want to at like 35-36 weeks. you think this is too early?

no, they only let my mom back there.. my bf didnt really wanna be in there anyway, he was more scared than I was & only made me more nervous. every hospital is different though, my sister had me and her bf in there for hers.

that happend to her too she didnt get to see her for 3 days her babygirl went to another another hospital and her husband took off and followed their daughter to the other hospital they put a teddy bear with her scent to give to her daughter. the first time she saw her was through face time! ugh i just cant imagine. but ur right they know what they are doing and i have faith in god that he knows what he is doing as well.did they let ur mom and bf in the room for a c section? @rodriguezmaribel

its scary, but the doctors know what they're doing & they know when enough is enough, IF you do get it, which I'm hoping you don't! they'll take baby when they feel is nessecary. my doctors were really good with me. they tried to let me deliver natural, because thats what I really wanted but again, my blood pressure made that so hard to do. I only dilated to a 1, and I had to stay on my left side the whole time.. it was so uncomfortable, I couldn't get up to try and help the contractions because I was on magnesium. once they saw my blood pressure just kept going up with labor they took me in. I still need my momma too! lol she was with me during my csection and held my hand the whole time, told me everything was gonna be ok and they had my baby girl out in 12 minutes! the only thing that hurt me the most was not being able to see my baby for 3 days & seeing her hooked up to all kinds of ivs, it was so heartbreaking! but were both home now and shes already fixing to be a month old! :) dont stress about it too much, I'm sure everything will be okay!!

omg i am so scared to get preeclampsia! im glad your babygirl is all good now though! my sil medicine wore off she felt the whole thing and kept crying and trying to tell them while they cut her open she said. she said it was a horrible delivery. i just hope i can have her natural lol im 20 but i still need my momma there with me for things like this!! so if i had to have a c section i would be so scared to just have my bf in there he wouldnt know what to do to calm my nerves my mom had a c section so she would understand better @rodriguezmaribel

honestly w a csection the worst part to me was the catheder lol I HATED it. 😣 the procedure itself isnt as bad as some people make it seem. the only thing that feels weird is the pulling & tje pressure when they take baby out. the recovery is hell though, but if you get up and walk as soon as they tell you youre okay to (normally the second day) you recover SO much faster. I was up and walking like normal after 4 days lol

I guess thats why they recommend to pack it kinda early lol, I had the same problem, I had to keep sending my boyfriend back home to get more clothes or my makeup and other things he kept forgetting.. it was frustrating 😒. I had her early because I had severe preeclampsia, and my placenta was maturing too fast. They were supposed to keep me until 37 weeks but they couldnt keep my bp stable, so they had to induce me and do an emergency csection so we'd both be okay.

i hope i wouldnt have to get a csection/: @supprise4 and yup i cant go with out food lol. im running out of room to eat big meals and it sucks lol

@rodriguezmaribel, I creeped on your statuses. my sil had preclampsia too and was at her 37 week checkup and they made her stay too. she ended up having to get an emergency c section and since they put her on magnesium it calmed my niece down when trying to come and she was born not breathing they care flighted her she is fine and healthy though! but still really scary. also my sil was allergic to latex and didnt know and her girl parts swelled up SOOOO bad because of the catheder

yeaah that is what worrys me what if at my dr app they have to keep me for whatever reason. i could not leave it up to my bf to get everything lmao. he would be like idk where it is😂😂 and awe you had her so early. what happend if u dont mind me asking😣 @rodriguezmaribel

@mareesan, that's the worse. I'm normally in the hospital for 3 to 4 days after c-section snacks are a must.

I never had a chance to pack mine, I went to a my drs appointment at 34 weeks & ended up in the hospital that same day, had her at 34+5 lol, but I packed my babys bag pretty early on, around 32 weeks, so I'd say pack yours and hers together, my dr said to start packing around 35 weeks.

im going to be so sad that i wont be able to snack while im in labor. sweets always ease the pain lol. @surprise4 @ilovemykids24 lol thats crazy!! im so nervous to mistake real labor with false labor but everyone tells me oh ull know the difference. @littlemissrainesmommy thats what i am kinda doing i am getting her going home outfits made, and have the sleepers put up for the bag.

I started mine around 30 weeks, just going through my checklist to see what I needed to go to the store and purchase. I didn't actually pack my bag until the week before and added my snacks the night before.

I'm surprised i didnt. Lol. It wasn't planned or anything I didnt even really know if I was in labor. I just had a gut feeling that it was time.

I started adding small things to mine around 33 weeks and I literally finished our bags right at 38 weeks and ended up getting induced 2 days later lol

yeah she could come at 37 weeks the earliest of her being considered full term. im a ftm and i am such a planner and write lists down and organize ALOT lol even before i got pregnant, so the nesting makes it 10x worse lol. you should see my calender on the wall everyday it says to do something and once that day is over and i take my pregnantal i cross the day off @chantebrandon

😂😂😂 I'm terrible. I packed my hospital bag the day I went into labor. I told my SO today is the day, packed my bags, got in my car, got to the hospital, had my baby 23hrs and 17mins later.
