I would not and could not ever use the cry it out method... it's just awful! your child is just crying and crying and it's emotionally psychologically and phisycally damaging to your child... they lay there bawling thinking no one is coming back to get them and the strain on their little bodies from all the crying they have done is no where near good for them... some children choke puke and can even stop breathing... it's such a barbaric method... that's just my opinion tho

see I could understand that I've let layne cry but no longer than like 5 min... but people wanna leave their children screamin for w0 min to a half hour that's just sick

Yeah layne fights me sometimes too... but when I Kay him down because nothing else is workin he doesn't cry he fusses grabs his binky and knocks out within a couple min... thank the goddess I have such a good baby... he never really cries at all anyway just when he's hungry poopy or tired and it's more of a whine not a cry
