OMG I don't know what to say. I feel bad for you. But what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Pray about it if you believe in that kind of thing. Remember he is Your husband Not your boyfriend. So do try and make this work but don't lose yourself in the process.
I'm so sorry. Give him his space. Let him move out or whatever. But I would not just yet give him the divorce he is asking for. He may be going through something that is beyond the comfort of a wife. Try not to lash out either it will only make him think he is making the right decision. Be kind to him but don't be a push over. If you truly love him give him the time and space he needs. If he still feels he wants a divorce. Give it to him. At least you will know that you did all you could for your marriage even when you didn't want to. There will be no use in you both being miserable .
He now is thinking separating would help us with all the anger we have towards each other. If we can work on the anger perhaps he will feel we can be around each other. He did mention finding a counselor to help. If we both can just talk about our issues once a week with our counselor and leave it there not take it home that would help regulate our emotions. I can't change things with out him doing his part! Sometimes I get so angry I just want to not deal with all the work anymore. I wish I was just enough but I know he is struggling with his own personal stuff! He feels broken and like a let down he said he is sorry for not being a healthy husband! ☹️

I'm trying to do all I can that is effective and healthy. I even tried to ask if he would just take the time he needs to work on the issues.
