Soft breasts are working breasts. The hard full and engorgement feeling means you're producing more than baby needs.

that's normal if you arent pregnant anymore for areola to lighten up as you lose those hormones as for your breast if you are breastfeeding your body will regulate your breasmilk after it knows how much you need to make just because you breastfeed doesn't mean your breast need to feel hard and full to have milk and it doesn't mean your supply has went down either

Not at all. Not every woman will leak and some won't leak until closer to due date.

Not at all. Colostrum is all your baby will need in the first few days. Your milk won't start coming in until the placenta detaches. That's what signals your body to make milk. Then it can take 3 to 7 days for it come in. up to 10 if you have a csection.
