Ladies, I don't know what to do. I've been to the hospital four times for pre term labor, the last time I went I tested positive for the fetal fibronectin, which means the baby can come early. Twice they have had to give me a shot to stop my contractions, the problem is I don't feel contractions. I'm having a hard time breathing and I'm not sure if that's a sign of contractions, anyone else going through something like this?

@aniyahsmommy0403 it's seriously so scary, this is my first pregnancy I don't know what to expect. After I tested positive they kept in the hospital for 10 hours under observation, gave me one shot to stop my contractions and told me to go home, and come back if I felt anymore cramping or contractions. Everything scares me, I feel like I'm falling into depression.
went thru the exact same thing. they kept saying I was having contractions but I didn't feel them. then one day I started feeling period like cramps and the only thing that helped was breathing thru them and I barely could do that. if you tested postive they should've kept you at the hospital!
I'm convinced I'm going to go into labour at any minute.....I'm having contraction but they're stopping and starting. Yesterday i was having contractions all morning then by the time I got to triage to be monitored they stopped. Now this morning I was sat having breakfast with my son and they started again. But more intense and longer lasting this time. My question is do I phone triage now or do I just wait to see what happens. I feel like I'm wasting their time always ringing etc

every time I have a contraction I feel like I have to poop or pee. Sometimes both 😩 is this Normal ??
How would I know if I am having contractions? Im a first time mom and I feel bad cramps, I feel pressure sometimes but I don't know how it would feel to have contractions or what counts as one. Any advice?

don't get depressed. of course it's scary but it will be alright. you're far along that if you did have your baby early the nicu stay probably wouldn't be that long. sometimes they just come early.. I still can't believe that let you go after it came back postive.. although it's possible that the test was wrong. my rule is if it hurts bad enough get it checked out. everything will be okay mama.
